In Project365 I take one picture every day of the year. I started in 2011, and so far have managed not to miss days (although it’s been very close sometimes). The aim of this is not just to produce more pictures, but to learn your camera and improve your artistic skills by committing yourself to taking that one picture each day. I must admit that I sometimes struggle with figuring out what to take a picture of. What I’m noticing is that on the days when I’ve had to force myself to come up with a subject, the end result usually isn’t very good either. But it’s still a fun learning process and hopefully I’ll be able to look back at the first pictures in some years and see a pattern of improvement.
